We have introduced a far more efficient & faster method of collecting employers monthly payroll byproducts to NHIF via the Byproduct system.

Rather than sending hard copy documents of the same to NHIF, you can send it either via email to your local branch (listed below) or bring it to any one of our branches on a cd/floppy/flash disk. This makes processing faster and reduces the chances of human error.

Due to the different types of software applications that employers use to capture their payrolls, we suggest that you use a standardized software application to capture your monthly payroll byproduct such as Microsoft Excel.

Please note that we are NOT requesting you to change your current payroll programs in any way. Simply copy the necessary information that we require into an excel file and send it to us.
